Did you enroll electronically?
2021 Form W-2’s were made available for early access on January 15, 2022 in Proliant for those who enrolled electronically. If you did not enroll for electronic delivery, a paper W-2 was mailed to the home address we had on file and was postmarked before January 31st, 2022.
*If you have enrolled for a prior year, you do not need to re-enroll unless you opted out at any time.

What is my Username?
Last four digits of your SSN + First Initial + Last Name
Example: 6789JSmith
What is my Password?
Default password is the last SIX digits of your SSN
(You will be required to change when you first log in)
Hover over 'My Info' > 'Paychecks/W-2' > 'W-2/1099'
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on 'Click to Enroll'. A pop up will appear asking if you are sure you want to enroll, click 'OK'.
