- Have you set up your rapid! card as your direct deposit account in Proliant?
- If not, follow the steps below! Once set-up, the card will be registered! You will then need to activate your card by calling the number on the back.
- If you have, please validate that the account number entered is your card ID, and not the 16 digit card number. Your card ID is found on the front of the envelope your card came in or on the back of the card.
